Terry Oblander

Terry Oblander is an entrepreneurial and engaging leader with over 20 years of experience, partnering with senior executives to implement commercial strategies that result in breakthrough profit improvements.

As INSIGHT2PROFIT’s Chief Commercial Officer, Terry leads the development and execution of growth strategies and oversees critical functions including transaction services, business development, sales, and marketing. Since joining the company in 2011, Terry has held several key leadership positions, including Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director, of Advisory Services. He has led pricing and profit improvement engagements for hundreds of companies and played a pivotal role in developing INSIGHT’s approach to continuous value creation for its clients.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Terry held senior leadership positions at AkzoNobel, a Fortune 500 building materials company, where he had a track record for leading cross-functional teams in driving profitability improvements.
