In 2018 a group of INSIGHTers committed to community outreach excellence and the expansion of our ripple effect created The Power of One (PO1). PO1 is a group of caring people from inside and outside of INSIGHT who believe that ONE person is empowered to take action, ONE action can start a ripple effect benefiting an entire community, and ONE community can change the world. This group leads the way to inspire everyone on our team to give their time, talents, and financial support to charitable organizations that are personally meaningful. In 2019 the PO1 total impact was nearly a half-million dollars!

In addition to inspiring each INSIGHTer to connect to a personally meaningful organization, INSIGHT2PROFIT is an active partner of Drop in the Bucket. Through this partnership we have built close to 200 wells throughout Uganda and South Sudan to bring water to nearly a half million people. Today our partnership is focused on doing all it takes to provide East African schools with the tools they need to improve children’s health, increase student enrollment rates and reduce gender inequality.

Once a year, the entire INSIGHT2PROFIT team get2gether for a whole day of service to our local community. In addition to the benefits this service work offers society, it’s also beneficial for team building and personal development. Giving back to our local community gives our team the opportunity to improve skills we may not otherwise use in the office.

Every year, we partner with The Littlest Heroes to sponsor families during the holiday season. The Littlest Heroes exists to positively impact the lives of children with cancer and their families, regardless of income level or zip code. Every year, we get2gether to sponsor several families to provide them with gifts and other essential items during the holidays.
