Amanda is a Director of Business Development at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Amanda has over 7 years of experience with INSIGHT and specializes in identifying profit opportunities and devising solutions to drive sustainable and scalable impact.

She began her career at INSIGHT as a member of our Delivery team where she led dynamic price modeling, hands-on change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Now, Amanda leverages her experience to lead our Business Development group, ensuring new client partnerships have a clear and value accretive scope, with a shared vision of success.

Amanda earned her B.A. in Economics and Management with a minor in Leadership Studies from Marietta College.

Amanda is the Director of Human Resources at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over 15 years of diverse industry HR experience. She excels in compensation, project management, payroll, training and development, and talent acquisition. Amanda is passionate about fostering growth and retaining engaged teams, leveraging her expertise to drive success across multiple HR domains.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Amanda served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lincoln International. In this role, she partnered with leaders to support workforce strategy, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement in the firm’s M&A practice.

Amanda earned her B.S. in Psychology and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Andrew is a Director at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Andrew earned his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron and an A.A. in Business Administration from North Central State College.

Andrew is Director of Information Technology at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Andrew has more than 38 years experience in the IT field. He is an experienced Infrastructure leader with a proven track record of success building and managing teams to deliver exceptional service and a stable foundation to support business growth across multiple industries. He has strong experience in ERP implementation, is knowledgeable and adept in cloud/virtualization and networking technologies.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Andrew held numerous leadership roles.  Most recently, he was a Senior Infrastructure Director at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc., a trusted security provider, and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Stratus, a nationwide brand implementation company.

Andrew earned his A.S. degree from Eastern Florida State College.

Andy is the Director of Market Intelligence at INSIGHT2PROFIT, possessing over 16 years of experience. Andy has overseen consulting engagements across a diverse array of B2B and B2C markets, encompassing packaging, industrial equipment, building materials, industrial distribution, SaaS solutions, EdTech, and consumer durables and nondurables.

Throughout his career, Andy has led hundreds of market intelligence engagements for private equity firms, Global 500 companies, and other industry leaders, facilitating revenue and profit growth through actionable market insights. He specializes in designing complex research programs leveraging expert interviews, survey research, and secondary data sources to compile the necessary market and competitive intelligence for successful long-term strategies. His areas of expertise include voice-of-customer analysis, competitive intelligence, market size assessments, channel intelligence, and identifying customer needs.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Andy spent 13 years at The Freedonia Group, a provider of market intelligence consulting services for strategic decision-making in B2B and industrial markets. In his last five years at Freedonia, Andy led their Custom Research division, overseeing research delivery and revenue growth. Prior roles at Freedonia included Project Manager and Senior Research Analyst, where he refined his skills in competitive intelligence, market analysis, voice-of-customer analysis, primary research, consulting, and project management.

Andy earned his M.A. in Economics from Cleveland State University and a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from Xavier University.

Andy is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT bringing over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, specializing in pricing, analytics, strategy and operations. He has led numerous B2C pricing and commercial strategy engagements at INSIGHT and has deep retail experience as an operator.

Prior to joining Ace Hardware, Andy spent 10 years in Accenture’s retail practice focusing on pricing and promotion strategy and operations.

Bob is a Solution Architect at INSIGHT2PROFIT with 32 years of experience as an application architect. He is a skilled vulnerability management professional who designs and implements IT system architectures that deliver technological solutions to improve operational efficiencies, meet performance and scalability requirements, ensure security, and provide the right solutions to stakeholders.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Bob was most recently a Senior Software Developer for TMW Systems, a solutions provider in the transportation services sector. Before TMW Systems, he was a Senior Architect at Trebortech Consulting, Inc., where he developed various business information and data access layers utilizing Entity Framework, SQL Server, WCF, and C# for clients.

Bob holds a B.S. from Bowling Green State University and several Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) certifications.

Brian is a Director on the Transaction Services team at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over a decade of consulting experience. He specializes in pricing, sales, and market intelligence, primarily supporting private equity firms, investment banks, and Global 1000 clients. Brian guides clients through strategic decision-making processes during buy/sell-side engagements and post-acquisition diagnostics. He has led over 20 diligence engagements, focusing on identifying enterprise value, uncovering profit opportunities, and setting strategic goals.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Brian spent 11 years at The Fredonia Group, a provider of market intelligence consulting services for strategic decision-making in B2B and industrial markets. During his tenure, he focused on leading clients towards informed business decisions via growth consulting and market analytics.

Charles is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT, leveraging over 25 years of pricing experience in both industry and consulting services.  He has driven price realization and building pricing capabilities across a multitude of clients. Charles has experience in developing and leading price realization strategies across multiple organizations with revenues exceeding $1B during his tenure as a consultant and industry practitioner.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Charles worked for Booz & Co. as a general management consultant developing and implementing pricing strategies and capabilities globally.  He also created and led strategic pricing teams for several large consumer packaged goods companies, building capabilities and price strategies from the ground up.

Chris earned his M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and his B.A. in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and History from Miami University. He holds certifications in Change Leadership from Guidehouse, as a facilitator in Situational Leadership, debriefing and coaching through Hogan Assessments, and is a Certified Professional Coach.

Christopher is a Director at INSIGHT2PROFIT with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in strategy, pricing, finance, and commercial leadership roles serving companies in chemicals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, and education.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Christopher led commercial, marketing, pricing, and strategy teams at PPG Industries.  In addition, he served for four years as a U.S . Army officer.

Specializing in B2B pricing for manufacturers, distributors, and service providers, she leads pricing engagements to ensure long-term sustainable impact. Her leadership extends beyond client engagements to include her previous role as the lead of INSIGHT’s Summer Analyst Program.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Danielle spent 7 years at Simonton Windows.

Galina is a Director of Financial Reporting at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Galina has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Galina was Vice President of Delivery at AM Consulting (Letzhangout), and Controller at several companies including BIOHM Health and BrandMuscle. She also worked at Meaden & Moore and Grant Thornton among others.

Galina earned her MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Law and Engineering both from State University of Land Use Planning.

Gary is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over 20 years of experience dedicated to unlocking growth within the consumer, hospitality, retail, and technology sectors. He co-founded a technology start-up in the dining space, played a pivotal role in the growth of an early online-to-offline hospitality commerce business, and led marketing and e-commerce for a Private Equity-backed B2B enterprise.

Gary is passionate about growing businesses by integrating science (data, algorithms) with art (change management, effectiveness) across industries. He excels in pricing strategy, growth strategy, and general management.

He specializes in B2B pricing, particularly for industrial equipment, heavy machinery, chemicals, and industrial manufacturers and distributors. He has also collaborated with several B2C clients in industries such as leather goods, white goods, face care, and consumer product goods.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Gerry spent 8 years as part of the Accenture Strategy team in the Pricing and Commercial Strategy group. During his tenure at Accenture, Gerry worked in sales enablement, zero-based budgeting, and in pricing and commercial strategy.

Gerry earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, M.Ed. in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia.

Hank is a Solution Architect at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Hank has over 30 of experience as a mathematician and software engineer and is experienced in solving complex problems in new and efficient ways. He is skilled in computer programming, software architecture and engineering, and systems architecture. As a mathematician, Hank has conducted research in numerical linear algebra, and graph theory.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Hank has worked in a variety of industries and roles, including an Engineering Team Lead at IBM Watson Health, a Quantitative Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters, and a Systems Engineer for SAIC.

Hank earned his M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science both from the University of Colorado Denver and is a thesis away from completing his PhD in Applied Mathematics.

Jake is a Director with INSIGHT2PROFIT. Jake has more than 10 years of experience as a pricing professional, supply chain analyst, and B2B consultant. He leads a variety of pricing engagements with a focus on developing customer-specific custom applications and driving long-term profit optimization for clients.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Jake spent 2 years in supply chain and demand planning for the Service Parts Supply Chain within the Advanced Molecular Imaging team at Philips Healthcare in Cleveland. There he managed demand forecasting and coordination of materials with the procurement and engineering teams.  Jake was also a marketing and global pricing analyst with A. Schulman, where he assisted in establishing a global pricing center of excellence, including leading change management activities and training sales leaders on pricing scorecards.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Jay was the Leader of Technology at SageQuest a provider of fleet management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, and Dun & Bradstreet a provider of business decisioning data and analytics.

Jay’s hands-on experience and commitment to continuous learning have been instrumental in driving successful projects.

Joe is the Vice President of Data Science at INSIGHT2PROFIT.  He has 15 years of experience at INSIGHT and over 24 years in total spanning Consulting, Technology, and Data Science. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at INSIGHT2PROFIT, Lori brings a wealth of expertise in building high-performing teams and implementing strategic marketing plans that deliver substantial ROI.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Lori was the Vice President of Marketing at BrandMuscle, where she successfully built and led the marketing organization for over a decade. He has worked with B2B manufacturers and distributors across multiple markets, with particular depth, in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Nick led the Respiratory Therapy business unit for Invacare Corporation, a $1B manufacturer of home and long-term care medical products. During his time at Cardinal Health, he led the development and commercialization of their private label offering in the home health market. Prior to INSIGHT, Rebecca served as Vice President at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where she led clients through the origination and execution of public equity offerings, including due diligence support and investor strategy guidance. Tom brings a unique perspective to his work, and trains client leaders and sales teams on mastering the role of brain chemistry in negotiation effectiveness.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Tom spent 15 years as the global leader of Accenture’s Pricing and Commercial Strategy Practice and was a member of the NA Leadership Team of CEO and Growth Strategy. He served in an executive role at a price and profit optimization software company and has held various leadership positions in consulting and industry.
