A charismatic and pragmatic leader with a proven track record for building high-performing teams and accelerating business growth, Carl Will joined INSIGHT2PROFIT as CEO in February 2022.
With more than two decades in executive leadership and C-suite management, Carl’s experience spans across professional services, industrial, medical, operations, manufacturing, and private equity. Prior to INSIGHT, Carl was President & Chief Executive Officer at Sunrise Windows and Doors and has served in senior Commercial and Operations leadership positions at Applied Industrial Technologies, a global industrial distributor; Invacare, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of home and long-term medical products; and GE Lighting.
Personally energized by collaborating with team members and clients to solve problems and drive positive financial impact, Carl holds a degree in business from Ohio State University and an MBA from Duke University (The Fuqua School of Business).
