Chris brings over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions focusing on organizational growth, change management, and project leadership. He partners with corporations and Private Equity firms to uncover the potential their businesses have—leveraging both strategic and operational improvements—to further their existing pricing methods. Chris couples his pricing knowledge and change management expertise to help clients realize—then act on—this often untapped margin enhancement opportunity where a very small improvement in price can have add significantly to their EBITDA. Chris is a graduate of John Carroll University where he earned a B.S. in Finance.
