Rob Heineman
Rob is Vice President of Quality at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Rob has over 14 years of progressive experience in finance and information technology and brings a demonstrated, consistent track record of driving impactful initiatives and delivering tangible results across various roles.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Rob held the position of Senior Director of Finance & Information Technology at Sunrise Windows, Inc., where he oversaw both the finance and IT functions. He led a successful turnaround plan that saw a 280% total increase in EBITDA and a successful private equity exit.
Examples of Rob’s experience include:
- A broad array of enterprise systems implementation and administration experience, including the single-handed design and implementation of an org-wide data warehouse, Azure migration and administration, and overseeing successful ERP migrations across three independent business units
- Designed and implemented a customer profitability and freight expense model that allowed the organization to identify and divest several unprofitable product lines and sales territories, increasing EBITDA margins by ~1,800 basis points
- Led a technology strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, transitioning the salaried workforce from 95% on-premises to 100% remote in a two-week span
- Led an incident response team following a systems breach, ultimately resulting in zero loss of data, zero production downtime, and full mitigation of outstanding vulnerabilities
Rob earned his M.S. in Accounting and his BBA in Accounting from The University of Toledo.
Irina Borin
Irina is a Data Engineering Senior Manager at INSIGHT2PROFIT, with over 20 years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. She has dedicated more than a decade of her career to INSIGHT, where she has played a pivotal role in building and leading a data engineering team and advancing the company’s data-driven initiatives. At INSIGHT, Irina has worked with numerous clients across various industries, sourcing, transforming and integrating data from a wide range of ERP and CRM systems and data management platforms.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Irina gained extensive experience in the manufacturing and insurance industries, consistently advancing in roles and responsibilities. She has worked with Eaton Corporation, Insurance.com, and most recently, Tarkett, where she managed reporting side of SAP implementation rollouts.
Irina holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Will Hayes
Will is the Senior Product Manager of Analytics at INSIGHT2PROFIT. With over 13 years of experience in analytics, Will specializes in solving complex data problems for clients across various solutions, industries, and platforms. He has led multiple INSIGHT projects in industries including aerospace distribution, B2C retail hardware, hardwood manufacturing, and more. He continues to serve as an advisor and solutions architect across all INSIGHT engagements.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Will held analytics-based roles in global food production and restaurant franchising companies.
